• Upon ordering items, the price of goods is stated on the website, but it excludes delivery charges. Before any goods are received, full payment of the goods and postage costs must be made.

• All goods will be quality-checked and packed before posting. All goods will be posted within 1-2 days and delivered in 3-5 working days via Royal Mail. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout on the website.

• In the unfortunate event that a package is lost, please view the Royal Mail website for further information with regards to gaining a refund.
