At Mimo Fashion, we want you to be happy with your purchase, but should you decide the item is not for you, you have 7 days from the date of dispatch of the goods for a full refund (the cost of return postage is to be paid for by the buyer). Or, after 14 days for an exchange, from the date the goods are dispatched, further postage costs for an exchange will be paid for by the buyer.
If you are returning an item, you will need to notify us via ([email protected]) in order to start the return/exchange process.
We recommend that any buyer wishing to return an item should do so via recorded delivery with Royal Mail. At Mimo Fashion, we are not responsible for the loss of any items returned to us.
Any items returned without attached labels, smells, stains, scuffs, or faulty in any way and are returned in an unsellable condition will not be exchanged or refunded.
All refunds will be made by the original means of payment and processed within 7 working days.
